This website, seobark.com, is run by Seo Bark Solutions LLC, a New York limited liability company that trades as SEOBark. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Seo Bark Solutions LLC, and "you" means anyone using the website.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

These terms apply to the website only. If you hire us, the work is governed by the written proposal you sign and by the service terms on our pricing page. If those and these terms ever conflict, the proposal and service terms win for the work.

The website is information, not a promise

What's on this site is general information about search engine optimization and about our services. It isn't advice for your specific situation, and it isn't a promise of any result. No one can guarantee rankings — Google decides. Timelines on this site are typical planning estimates, not commitments.

We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, including prices, but we may make mistakes or changes. The price that applies to your work is the one in your signed proposal.

Sample reports and examples

The sample reports, briefs, dashboards and before-and-after examples on this site are illustrative. The businesses, websites and numbers in them are made up. They show the format of our work, not the results of any client.

Who owns the content of this website

The text, design, graphics, sample reports and other content on this website, and the SEOBark name and logo, belong to Seo Bark Solutions LLC or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use, for example to compare agencies or share with your team. You may not copy, republish or sell them, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Google, Shopify and other product names mentioned on this site belong to their owners. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Using the website properly

You agree not to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it, through the website;
• try to get into parts of the website or our systems that aren't meant to be public;
• send spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms;
• interfere with the website or the hosting it runs on, for example by overloading it;
• copy the website's content in bulk, by scraping or otherwise.

Sending us a form

When you use the free audit form or the contact form, you agree that:

• the information you give us is accurate;
• you're allowed to ask for an audit of the website you name, because it's yours or you have the owner's permission;
• you won't send passwords or other sensitive information through the forms.

We may decline any request, including a free audit request, and we'll tell you if we do. Sending a form, or receiving a free audit, doesn't create a client relationship and doesn't oblige you to buy anything. The free audit has no payment, no card, no contract, and nothing turns into a subscription.

If we are found liable to you in connection with the website despite this, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about them or the website will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. The version in force when you use the website is the one that applies.

If part of these terms doesn't hold

If a court decides that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term on one occasion, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
