About SEOBark

SEOBark is the trading name of Seo Bark Solutions LLC, an SEO and search marketing agency in Brooklyn, New York. We work with small and mid-sized businesses across the US, remotely, on search: audits, fixes, content, local listings, links and Google Ads.

Why Bark?

Two reasons, and we use both.

The dog at the gate

A good watchdog doesn't wait to be asked. It makes a noise when the gate's open. For a website, the open gate is a page that suddenly returns an error, a noindex tag left on after a redesign, a certificate about to expire, a form that stopped sending. That's the bark list we run every Monday, and it's in every plan.

The outside of a tree

Bark is also the outside of a tree. Under it, a new ring grows every year. Search works a lot like that. Good pages, honest links and fixed problems pile up slowly, and the work you did last year keeps holding up the work you do this year.

So, one part alarm, one part patience.

How we work

  1. The prices are public.

    Every one of them, including the hourly rate. You can work out roughly what you'd pay before you talk to us.

  2. Your accounts stay yours.

    Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile and Google Ads are in your name. We're users. If you leave, you remove us and lose nothing.

  3. We tell you before we change anything.

    You get the list first. Afterwards, every change is in a log you can read.

  4. Fix what's broken before growing anything.

    There's no point writing new articles while the contact form is down. The Monday check comes before the planned work.

  5. Month to month, after three.

    A 3-month first term, because SEO needs a little time to show anything. After that you stay because it's working, not because a contract says so.
