Google Ads management, with the fee written down

Search ads can start showing this week, while SEO takes its time. We set up and run Google Ads in an account that's yours, billed to your card by Google, and we show you exactly how our fee is worked out.

$950/mo up to $8,000 spend · $650 setup

Worth a conversation if

  • You're paying for clicks on searches that have nothing to do with what you sell.
  • Nobody can tell you which ads lead to calls or forms.
  • The account was set up by an agency that still owns it.
  • You need leads now, while the organic work catches up.

How our fee works, in numbers

A flat $950 a month covers ad spend up to $8,000. Above that, we add 12% of the spend over $8,000. The ad spend itself goes from you straight to Google. These examples are arithmetic on our fee, not a forecast of what ads will do.

Your monthly ad spendOur feeHow it's worked out
$3,000$950Flat fee
$8,000$950Flat fee, right at the limit
$12,000$1,430$950 plus 12% of $4,000, which is $480
$20,000$2,390$950 plus 12% of $12,000, which is $1,440

Setup is $650, once, at the start.

How ads and SEO help each other

The search terms report in Google Ads shows the exact words people typed before they clicked. That goes straight into the keyword map for your SEO. And once a page ranks well on its own for a search, we can test spending less on ads for it.

  • Admin access to your Google Ads account. It stays yours.
  • Billing set up in your name, paid by you directly to Google.

The fee, line by line

  • Management, up to $8,000 monthly ad spend
    $950/mo
  • Management, spend above $8,000
$950 plus 12% of the spend above $8,000
  • Setup, once
    $650
  • Ad spend
Paid by you directly to Google, not included in our fee

Google Ads management starts with a 3-month first term, then goes month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google. Our fee is separate and has no markup on spend. We can't control Google's click prices, ad approvals or account suspensions.

We can't guarantee a cost per lead or a return on ad spend. We commit to the work we list and how we report it.

Ads questions

Is there a minimum ad budget?

No fixed minimum. But if the budget is too small for Google to learn which searches convert, we'll tell you so before taking your fee.

Is there a contract?

A 3-month first term, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Same as our SEO plans.

Do you run Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn ads?

No. Google Ads only, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max. We'd rather do one platform properly.

Who owns the account?

You do. It's in your name with your billing. We're added as users, and if you leave, you remove us and keep everything.

Can you guarantee a cost per lead?

No. Click prices are set by auction, and conversion depends on your offer and your landing pages too. We report cost per conversion every month and explain what we're changing to bring it down.

Ads and organic can share a plan

The free audit looks at your website, not your ad account. It still shows whether your landing pages and the organic basics are sound before more budget goes to them.
